I also noticed that the extruder was working extra hard pulling the filament. I ordered a JAYO Filament Dryer to replace the Spool holder. It keeps the PLA dry by heating it up to 60. and it is almost frictionless when the extruder is pulling the filament from the spool

I have been using gcode created by 3Dlabprint and The skin of the wings were not looking good as well as a lot of strings. I found the manual settings for the Ender 3 and updated the CURA slicer software with them and it cleaned up the print really nice

Here is my first attempt at fiberglassing a hull. The first hull is not a disaster. I need to sand it down and see where I need to apply some epoxy if needed. Then I will try again on the second hull. I will use this one as a steampunk project later on
